At Jimmy Fairly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. That is why we offer a 30-day window from the date of receipt to return or exchange your glasses, provided they remain in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization and prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Place the eyewear, including the original case and cleaning cloth, securely inside the shipping box and attach the prepaid label to the exterior.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized collection point or post office; be sure to keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your frames, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 7 to 10 business days.
